I cracked the code for having a perfect Mother’s Day.
It fulfills all of my wishes for that day:
- feeling good as a mother.
- getting spoiled a bit.
- finding a minute (or two) to myself.
If your wishes are similar to mine, you will LOVE what I have for you this week for our WEEKEND CAMP activity.
Introducing MOMmy Game Board. That’s right! It’s a game board for kids created entirely to pamper their moms. Isn’t this perfect?
This MOMmy board game has it all. You will have some time to scroll through Pinterest or read a book, while kids play the game and spoil you at the same time.
Here are some examples for the moves on the game board (there are 25 total)
- Do what mom says (I just love that one)
- Give mom a back rub
- Draw your mom’s portrait
- Write a poem for your mom
- Give your mom a foot massage
- Do 1 chore for her
- Bring her favorite beverage.
The printable game board has 3 pages: 1 – the actual game board, 2 – Rules of the game and the list of the Moves for the game 3 – Paper dice with instructions on how to fold it and make your own dice. You might need to make your own game board figures. We simply took kids’ pictures and attached to the paper clip. It worked great. Also, you might want to print the game board and the moves of the game on the cardstock paper for better durability and maybe even laminate it (it’s optional).
This is truly my (and hopefully yours too) Mother’s Day dream come true.
This is week 7 of our Weekend Camp at Home, where we try to occupy kids with fun and hopefully independent play activities on the weekends. So you can do your stuff. Want to join us? Come and join our Activity Camp Facebook group community with likeminded folks who want to create a fun and memorable childhood for their kids.
