We all experience stress and anxiety, but as adults, we typically know how to deal with strong emotions. The thing is that kids don’t. They have no understanding what is happening with their feelings. Stressful situations require paying attention and having knowledge how to deal with it. That‘s why I decided to gather some useful, powerful yet fun activities for anxious kids.

Why you Need Relaxing Activities for Kids?

Kid is screaming & shouting; he is tired, irritated and doesn’t want to do ANYTHING. Everything you say now sounds like a disaster and it gets worse and worse by every word. Your kid can’t stop crying and your eyes start to be full of tears too.
This means that stressful and challenging moment is already HERE.
These are the moments, that require you the greatest patience and consciousness. It starts to feel hard to control your own emotions and kid, who feels you by heart, starts to feel even worse. It’s like a circle, which you need to leave as soon as possible.
The key of leaving this negative and stressful moment can be really simple if you take action right away. Take a deep breath. Start looking for relaxing activities for kids. Then, when you and your child become a bit more relaxed and calmer, you can start talking with him about the emotions and the behavior he had. It’s really important thing to do, because it helps children to develop their emotional intelligence. Talk about the feelings he recently had. No judgement and no punishments.
