Origins and History
Alice the camel or Sally the camel originates from Barney In Concert (1991, Episode 7). The nursery rhyme was first used in this concert and was strung to the same tune as "Dry Bones." This concert was a Barney and the Backyard Gang stage show and was recorded at Majestic Theatre in Dallas, Texas on March 14, 1991. The taped video was then later released on July 29, 1991, almost four months later.
