-Kid friendly pasta salad that is so yummy it dissapears from the plate immediately.
Whenever I ask my kids what do they want to eat, they will almost always say "Pasta". I am pretty sure your kids are the same way. So with the weather getting warmer I love making fun and healthy pasta salads for kids.

This kid friendly pasta salad recipe is pretty simple and it only takes 15 minutes to make, yet it's pretty enough to be served in a party. Like a pool party.
There are more good things about this pasta salad. 1. It's super yummy for everybody, not only the kids. 2. It's loaded with some veggies. 3. It's very customizable. Dismiss or add anything you want to fit your taste buts.
Pasta salad ingredients:
- 1 bag of Orzo pasta
- 1 can of tuna (optional) or you can use chicken
- 3 boiled eggs
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 green pepper
- 1 cup of cooked corn
- 3 tbsp of dill (optional)
Dressing ingredients:
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Balsamic Vinegar
- salt, pepper
Instructions:
Cook orzo until it's al dente. Put eggs to cook.
Meanhile do the chopping: tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers. Slice one cucumber in thin slices so you can decorate your turtle. Peel your eggs. Chop two eggs to put in pasta salad and keep one for turtle's head and tail.
Drain the pasta, run through cold water. After it cools off, add all the salad ingredients (exept for thinly sliced cucumbers, egg for the head and tail and peppers for feet and legs).
Mix dressing ingredients in separate bowl and add to the rest of ingredients.
