You will need:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of flour
  • vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • sugar powder
  • 2 tsp of butter
  • honey or maple syrup
  • variety of berries and/or fruit (bananas, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc)

    Instructions:

    1. Heat a pan (make sure it's oven safe) with butter.
    2. Put eggs, milk and flour, vanilla and salt into a bowl and mix very well using hand mixer.
    3. Pour mixture into a hot pan with butter.
    4. Place pan into the oven.
    5. Bake for 20 minutes at 375F.

Watch your monster pancake blow up and form a weird shape. Super fun to watch for the kids!

Once you pull the pan out of the oven, sprinkle the monster pancake with sugar powder, drizzle with some honey or maple syrup, toss on some berries and cut up fruit and serve your mama!

Don't forget a nice cup of joe, some flowers in the vase and a homemade card is a must. Oh, and don't forget to clean the kitchen, otherwise your Mother's Day Breakfast surprise will loose it's value.
